Nest Yale lock keep locking

My nest Yale lock keeps auto locking even though we have auto locking turned off and I am at home. No matter what I do it keeps locking. I unlock it. It says I'm home and it says auto lock is off yet it's still locks. Did a factory reset and it is still happening. How do I fix this annoying issue
