Nest Yale lock will not connect

I moved into a house that already had Nest thermostat, Yale lock, Connect, and cameras. I have the thermostat and Connect all set up. I cannot get the Yale lock to connect. When I hold the button, it flashed blue three times then green twice. It never says 'Ready". It never speaks at all. It worked fine for the prior owner of the house.
