Nest Yale Lock Light not Working

The light on my Nest Yale Lock keypad is no longer working. I swapped out the batteries, but still not working. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the reply! I was able to fix the lighting of the keypad issue. I removed and replaced the batteries, but when I did it the second time, I left the batteries out of the unit for a couple of minutes (rather than immediately replacing them). This seemed to do the trick. Thanks again!
