Good day

I trust you are well, I need assistance with resetting my password on #. I'm not sure who to send this too but I'd like for any google experts to pull through and assist. I have access to my mobile contact provided on date of activation. Each time when i try to reset it i do receive the google code but the issue is the prompt of receiving the code again on the email i am trying to recover . Kindly assist the email i am trying to reset is # i can provide details for security check. Kindly email me on #.

Are you referring to a Nest account, or a standard Google account?
