Ring doorbell

I have Google WiFi system with and a Ring Doorbell it will ring but cannot get it to connect to the network.

Anything recommendations on a fix.

Sorry for the issues you're having with your Ring Doorbell and your WiFi setup. That sounds frustrating and a bit confusing. Let's see what we can do to get things working 100%.

I do have a few questions that will help us diagnose the issue.

Are you able to see the Ring Doorbell with your WiFi, or is it entirely invisible?
When setting up the Ring, can it see your network?
Are you able to confirm that the Ring Doorbell is close enough to one of the points that it's able to connect to the network?
