&lt;P&gt;Sorry for the issues you're having with your Ring Doorbell and your WiFi setup. That sounds frustrating and a bit confusing. Let's see what we can do to get things working 100%.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I do have a few questions that will help us diagnose the issue.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Are you able to see the Ring Doorbell with your WiFi, or is it entirely invisible?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;When setting up the Ring, can it see your network?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Are you able to confirm that the Ring Doorbell is close enough to one of the points that it's able to connect to the network?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you can provide any additional info, I'm sure we can work this out. I look forward to your response. Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
