Remove my account on other devices

I keep doing the recovery email where they give you a Monday's for they send you a link to reset your password to get back in new Gmail. But they keep denying me because they say I have a device still logged in to my account which I do not or at least I'm not. Aware of I did have a phone recently stole from me. So I'm trying to figure out how to disconnect all other devices except for my main one from my account so I can do the account password reset.??????

Desperate need help please..

If you want to remove your devices under your account, you may try to access this link: https://goo.gle/3N2Mysb

From there, you will be able to see all the list of devices that is tied up to your account and have the control to remove it.

The problem is I can't log in to the account. I'm locked out of in order to log out of any devices that I am logged into.
