Hello,

my Neat Yale lock went offline a week ago and I can’t get it back online. I have updated my WiFi and was able to get nest thermostat online. The Yale lock talks and tells you that the lock is in privacy mode but it’s not online in the app. I read that you are giving customers a google nest connect or nest guard. How can I get this so that my Yale lock goes back online?

Nest offered a Nest Connect to Nest x Yale Lock customers that didn't own a Nest Connect or Nest Guard and were relying solely on a Nest Hub Max as a bridge for their lock to access Wi-Fi, but that change happened back in late July 2022, so isn't going to be the cause of your problem if your issue only started to occur 1 week ago. You must already have a Nest Connect or Nest Detect that your lock is using as a bridge to connect to your WIfi?

Try these steps:

Nest × Yale Lock disconnected or offline - Google Nest Help
