Nest Guard Offline

Nest Guard is offline, along with the Yale lock it connects to. However I can see it in the Google WiFi system with an OK connection status.

I’m having the same issue. Tried resetting the WiFi and nothing. My cameras still work but the guard and secures are offline. Been on hold with nest for an hour now without talking to anyone. Very frustrated with this purchase. Let me know if anyone figures out how to fix or if it is a widespread system outage.

Yep, our nest secure/gaurd and nest thermostat both are reading offline now. In the nest app. Secure shows working in the Google home app but thermostat shows error there. Hope my thermostat is working, cause not home and it's cold there, like frost on ground, so home thermostat still working even though I can't see it.

Check the status site -- status.nest.com

They have issues with their servers right now I guess.

Mine was out for like an hour but it is back up now. Update your wifi again and wait about 10 minutes.

Thanks all for your replies. I checked the status site but it was showing OK for everything. I guess it wasn’t updated.
Now everything is back online.
