I'm am sorry about the late response, thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that internet issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, as I know the Chromecast isn't really useful without internet! Let me just ask you some questions about what's happening:

When did this issue start happening?
What type of Chromecast do you have?
What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
