Linking and unlinking Weiser Smart Home to Google Home

When I try to link Weiser Smart Home to Google Home is says linked but doesn’t show under linked apps, nor does the lock show up as a tile on the google device page. I can’t unlink the Weiser Smart Home because it doesn’t show up under linked apps. Anybody else have this problem. It did work with the first lock (I could even open the lock with my voice), but adding the second lock removed the first from google device page.

Hi steve438,

Thanks for reaching out. Check out this link and see if the Weiser Smart Home is still linked. If so, you can remove it from there. Once done, relink it to the Google Home app.

Thanks Juni for your reply to my issue. I tried your link and it appears like it does unlink the Weiser account but when I try linking the accounts, it says it’s linked but when you go back to the page of linked accounts, the Weiser account isn’t there, and when you try a verbal command the system doesn’t think that the Weiser locks have been linked. Any suggestions?

Got it, Reinstall your Google Home app and link Weiser once more then observe if this will make a difference.
