Nest Secure obsolence

I like many of you have a complete Nest Secure system for several years now. I received the email with instructions on how to transition to ADT and get a "free" starter kit. Unfortunately, I have deleted that email. Any attempt to contact Google / Nest Store has led to literally hours on the phone with no help offered on retrieving this information. Can anyone forward a link or email address I can use to contact someone to resend this information?

The exact same thing is happening to me. Spent the day on the phone with Google and yesterday with ADT. Google is telling me that since my Nest Secure wasn't active within the 28 days prior of their email notice, then I don't qualify for the promotion. THAT'S JUST WRONG.! I moved cross country and have had the security system disconnected during their made-up timeframe. I purchased the hardware new, have the serial numbers and thus should get the rebate. It's that simple. They are giving us all the run-around.

1 Only users with a Nest Secure that was active in the 28 days prior to this notice are eligible. Limit of one redemption per home. Must be age 18 or older to be eligible. Government employees are ineligible. Users can cancel professional monitoring subscription(s) at any time during or after the initial complimentary 12-month period without penalty.
