On a Google Nest security system if I link it to a Google Hub will it announce front door open and back door open and things like that I know the Hub that comes with it will make a chime but I'm trying to find one that will announce like an ADT system

As far as I'm aware no there is no feature to announce things like that.

A workaround would be using routine scripting for the door sensor state changing and adding a broadcast action with your own xyz door was opened message, in my experience, nest guard state changes in the home app are unreliable at best and sometimes dont trigger, or trigger many minutes later
