Nest Yale Lock not notifying which user unlocked door

When the door is unlocked by a passcode it is no longer showing me whom unlocked the door. For example, up until recently if i unlocked the door it would say Front Door unlocked by DAD. has there been a change in the software?

If you haven’t done so already, please try the troubleshooting steps below:

Check for any iOS updates and install them if there’s any.
Uninstall the Nest app.
Restart the iOS device.
Re-install the Nest app.
Check if the issue persists.
