I have 2 family members in google home invited and accepted. But they do not show up in google nest for me to create a lock code for them.

Thanks for reaching out to the Google Nest Community. I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with the Nest X Yale Lock and for the delayed response here. I’d be happy to help you with this.

A few questions: does it happen on both Wi-Fi and mobile data? Have you tried using another mobile device to create new guest passcodes?

Let's try these troubleshooting steps below:

Check for any iOS updates and install them if there are any.
Remove the two family members from the home structure.
Uninstall the Nest app, restart your phone, and then reinstall the app.
Add them back to your Nest home. Then the Nest app will automatically generate a passcode for them.
