New Wifi and nest is a PIA

after getting a new wifi router and spending almost an hr getting our nest connect reattached (which involved removing it and readding it to my nest account).

I'm now trying to reconnect my yale lock:

-wouldn't work so I removed it and am trying to readd it
- multiple times it would tell me to add a connect but i finally got past that

- Now i get "hold button until it flashes" and nothing happens. if I click next anyway it gives me an error T026(4060).

The help pages are not helpful, this is driving me crazy, and the changes they are making are so confusing - Right now i wouldn't recommend these services to my worst enemy....

Can anyone tell me how to get my lock back on my app??

Oh no! I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with the Nest x Yale Lock. Don’t worry; help’s here.

Let’s factory reset the Nest × Yale Lock then add it back to the Nest app.
