    <description>&lt;P&gt;When I log in to add a guest to home entry I get a pop up that say “something went wrong, &amp;nbsp;try again later” this has been happening for 2 weeks. &amp;nbsp;I’ve already deleted and redownloaded the app. &amp;nbsp;Tried on multi devices and no / off of same Wi-Fi network.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Please follow the steps below to make sure everything is up-to-date:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Check for iOS updates and install them if there’s any.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Uninstall the Nest app.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Restart the mobile device.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Reinstall the Nest app and sign in as the homeowner.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;To create a new passcode for someone, you’ll need to&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://goo.gle/3JC4jOI" target="_blank"&gt;add them to your Nest home&lt;/A&gt;. Then the Nest app will automatically generate a passcode for them.&lt;/LI&gt;
