Yale lock doesn’t recognize passcode

For some reason my Yale lock is no longer recognizing any of my passcodes. I've reset the lock, even did the factory reset and reconnected to Nest app.

it still doesn't recognize my code at the keypad but I can unlock it via the Nest app.

What can I do to fix this?

Since the lock doesn't recognize the passcode when using the keypad but works on the Nest app even after a factory reset of the device, the best thing to do now is to contact Yale for replacement options.
