Hello,

I have just installed my Nest Yale lock, calibration and Nest connection went smooth. Also managed to lock it from the Nest app successfully for the first couple of times, once I tried locking it from Google Home app the deadbolt got stuck, even when I keep the door opened I hear the deadbolt wouldn't move at all, I can hear it being probably jammed and unable to extended, but when I try to open it manually it opens very smoothly all the way out. I tried locking it from the Nest app but now it also wouldn't, tried lossening the screws that goes through the mounting plate, factory reset a couple of times, nothing worked. No issues at all during the factory reset calibration process, the deadbolt fully extends and no error messages are seen, but once I try to lock it from the app or from the Yale button, it gets jammed.
