Getting Unlock and Lock notifications even when it's locked

I've beer getting phantom notifications of my door lock saying it's unlocked and locked. No one opened the door and it's locked. This has been happening for a few days. It's random. Sometimes it would do it for hours. Sometimes just mins.

I would like to get this fixed asap. Don't want to see "The door was unlocked" in the middle of the night.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Thanks for reaching out to the Community. I’d be happy to help you with the Nest x Yale Lock. Let’s check it out.

A few questions: is this a new installation? Have you replaced the lock’s batteries? Did you use the strike plate that came with the lock?

Please try the troubleshooting steps below and keep me posted:

Open your iPhone's Settings > General > Date and Time. Tap Set Automatically, toggle it off, and then turn it back on. Make sure that the time zone, date, and time are correct.
Go back to Settings > Privacy > Location Services > Nest. Make sure the Nest app has permission to use the phone's location.
Check for any updates for the Nest app in the Apple App Store.
Check for any iOS updates and install them if there are any.
Uninstall the Nest app, restart your iPhone, and then reinstall the Nest app.
