      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/517352"&gt;@jammo23&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm just another Google Nest customer, but my understanding is that the 2nd gen &lt;STRONG&gt;Nest Aware&lt;/STRONG&gt; and &lt;STRONG&gt;Nest Aware Plus&lt;/STRONG&gt; subscriptions are NOT refundable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What do you think might be going offline next month? We've had a &lt;STRONG&gt;Nest Aware Plus&lt;/STRONG&gt; annual subscription since 2020, covering 1st gen cameras and doorbells, and two 2nd gen cameras, and all are online and "&lt;EM&gt;Live&lt;/EM&gt;" virtually all the time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(It's unfortunate that Google Nest does not provide extended warranty coverage for all cameras and doorbells when you have a subscription plan, like Ring does.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
