&lt;P&gt;A few questions: does it happen on both Wi-Fi and mobile data? Have you tried using another mobile device to create new guest passcodes?&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Let's try these troubleshooting steps below:&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Check for any iOS updates and install them if there are any.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;A href="https://goo.gle/4969LE7" target="_blank"&gt;Remove the guest from the home structure.&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Uninstall the Nest app, restart your phone, and then reinstall the app.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;A href="https://goo.gle/3JC4jOI" target="_blank"&gt;Add the guest back to your Nest home&lt;/A&gt;. Then the Nest app will automatically generate a passcode for them. You can also create your own passcode for them.&lt;/LI&gt;

      <title>Nest Yale Lock and Home Entry Only Codes Won't Work</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been unable to get any of my guest access codes working.&amp;nbsp; I replaced the locks with brand-new locks, and I'm experiencing the same issue.&amp;nbsp; When I add a guest, the auto-generated code doesn't work.&amp;nbsp; If I change the code to a custom code, it also won't work.&amp;nbsp; Only my Home Member codes work.&amp;nbsp; I've factory reset my locks and the connects multiple times to no avail.&amp;nbsp; This seems to be an issue with the connect sending the codes to be stored in the locks.&amp;nbsp; Is this a known issue, or is there a solution to this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
