Where is the option to permanently remove old/inactive smart devices that were once connected to my wifi? I've been searching for this option unrelentessly, it's hard to believe that it isn't an option!

These instructions are for moving your device to a new house, not how to delete an old unused, inoperative Dropcam from the home app. This cam was replaced with a new Nest cam., but still shows up 8n Home and tries to connect.
