      <title>I'm done with Google Nest Poor Service</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My account (5 years) can't be switched to the new system...who knows why. So I log out, and can't login again. No password reset emails are ever received. So I then attempt to set up a new account and now my devices are linked to the old account which I can't log into. AND, the Help takes me in endless circles. I work in IT and this is the most infuriating situation. Like I really want to spend my Saturday afternoon working on this. AND there is no way to actually speak to anyone at Google Nest. So yeah, I created this account simply to vent and to say, I'm moving to another service. This is trash service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
