Yale Lock won't connect to Nest Connect

I have tried several dozen times to get my Yale Nest lock to connect to my Nest Connect.

The Nest connect isn't showing any errors so I think it's properly connected to my Wifi. I did a factory reset on my lock. The Nest Connect is only about six feet away from the lock, and has a direct line of sight. I hit the button, the lock says "Ready to Connect", but I get an error that it is unable to connect to Nest app every time. I thought it might be an issue with my firewall on my router, so I temporarily disabled the firewall and retried it, which didn't work.

I am kind of running out of ideas...help!
