6 digit code not there

There is no 6 digit code to connect my Yale lock. I tried all the different numbers on the back, but there is no 6 digit code like the instructions show. Help!

Before we proceed, I'd like to ask: When you tried entering the 6-digit number at the top of the battery compartment, and the one above the serial number (11-character alphanumeric), did you see any error messages or unusual behavior?

I am also having this issue, there is no sticker on my lock. I have the box and all instruction documents but I can't find that sticker anywhere and no code anywhere either.
