Turned out that when I got the message, the bolt was almost fully extended but not quite. I could still slightly turn the lock knob, feel a click and then it was fully extended.</P><P>If I pushed/pulled on the door handle while it was locking everything was fine but if I didn't, about 50% the time I would get the error message.
