Yale nest lock shows offline

I added an ASUS ax Wi-Fi router recently. Now my Yale lock shows offline. Moving the nest connect and reconnecting gets it online but soon it shows offline again. The connect shows as an active device on my wifi list. Any help would be appreciated. My 2.4 and 5.0 Wi-Fi networks have the same name and password.

As of today, it has remained online. I’m hoping it stays online.

I have a new Asus AX router as well. What did you do to get it to stay connected?
