I cannot reset Google Nest Yale, I tried following Nest's instructions.

Does anyone have the same problem as me?

The QR code inside my Yale lock goes to a random calculator website. I've had the lock for 5 years and have only had 1 or 2 issues but not this. The passcode just suddenly stopped working for no reason. The b batteries are good. The Google Connect plug is fine - green light in the test. How am I supposed to access? If the rear door lock wasn't working I'd be completely locked out of my office.
