The doorlock disconnected from the Internet out of nowhere. The Internet is fine.&nbsp;</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Support team just recommended that we did a hard reset. That is unnecessarily long for an issue with the product.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Save yourself a headache and get yourself another smart lock.
