    <description>&lt;P&gt;Was there a recent software update to the Nest x Yale Lock?&amp;nbsp; Since last week Thurdsday Nov 20, 2025 the keypad is not responsive.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have done the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- replaced batteries and soft reset&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- reset back to factory settings twice&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- removed and reinstalled the door lock 4 times, and readded to the Nest app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The keypad responds after factory reset allowing me to set a master code using the digital keypad.&amp;nbsp; Then I follow the process to add the product to the Nest app with no errors.&amp;nbsp; Upon readding to the Nest app, the Privacy Mode is automatically turned on by default on the Nest app.&amp;nbsp; I then turn off the Privacy mode via the app but the keypad is still unresponsive.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am able to lock and unlock manually and via the Nest app.&amp;nbsp; The Nest app is communicating with the Lock.&amp;nbsp; But the keypad is unresponsive after adding the lock to the Nest app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is anyone else having this issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mary&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
