&lt;P&gt;To better understand your setup and provide the most accurate troubleshooting, please provide the information requested below:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Device Identification&lt;/STRONG&gt;: Could you confirm whether you are using the Nest x Yale Lock or a different model/brand?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;App Environment&lt;/STRONG&gt;: Are you currently using the Nest app, the Google Home app, or a third-party app to control the lock?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Installation Details&lt;/STRONG&gt;: When locking the door manually, does the deadbolt slide into the strike plate smoothly, or do you have to push or pull on the door to get it to engage?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Power Status&lt;/STRONG&gt;: Have you received any low battery notifications recently, or have you already tried replacing the batteries?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Connectivity&lt;/STRONG&gt;: Is the lock showing as "Offline" in your app, or is it showing as "Online" but simply failing to execute the command?&lt;/LI&gt;
