      <title>Nest connect error code NA004</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I accidentally deleted the nest connect on my Nest app and now have trouble reinstalling it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I kept getting error code NA004(0.80) and it says it has trouble finding a wifi network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried restarting phone/wifi router/reinstall the nest app. Nothing worked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be appreciated... Thank you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So on that same day I chatted with their support,&amp;nbsp; tried restarting everything and eventually they had to refer the case to engineer dept.&amp;nbsp; No email reply from them yet (holiday noted).&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, I found that the lock could be connected to the Hub Max and somehow I could made the lock work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
