Open url with Google Home

Good morning I created a shortcut of a chrome web page.

the link is http://192.168.1.103:4142/ACT/ABB3DE13-1018-4364-939B-644805C7F69C

This shortcut is on my phone's home page. I named this shortcut Light. Is it possible by saying "OK Google open light" that it opens the chrome light shortcut with google home?

Thanks for reaching out to us with your issue. Google Home is for developing smart devices and currently does not support web page automation capabilities. You can open up a feature request in this regard on the public issue tracker.
