Encountered a technical issue while developing Google Action. I have chosen a device that supports Google Home. Why is it that when I click on the device, sometimes it can display the operation normally, sometimes it is not available, and I have not received a Query Intent

Hello, I guess the reason should be that the report was not correct.

But I have a question, when should I report the status? Currently, according to the document, I report the status when the device status changes, but there is still an issue with the device being unavailable. May I ask if I need to report the status at the same time as Query Intent? Or do we need to report the status regularly?
