It seems like people have been requesting Google docs access for 3 or 4 years now. It doesn't make sense why we wouldn't be able to use a Google product on another Google product. All of my recipes are stored on Google docs, there should be some kind of functionality to access these or at the very least view them. Currently the only work around is to cast from your phone, in which case you can't even scroll on the nest hub. You have to scroll from your phone.

Saying the same response over and over for the past 4 years isnt a solution. This should be on the roadmap and it should have tangible target dates - its core functionality that ought to have been included on rollout! Its a screen recommended for the kitchen and you cant display your own recipes on it, cant you see how fundamentally flawed this is?

This is a big capability gap. We have a Nest Hub in the kitchen, but, despite the advertising showing access to cooking video content, it's actually worthless for cooking. My recipes are in Google Docs, and i have to use my phone to access them. And the phone is bad for a lot of reasons -- must frustratingly because the screen invariably shuts off when I've got messy fingers. We were early adopters (Christmas, 2018) and assumed that this capability was about to be integrated. It's been 7 years now...
