I am looking for information on SDK API documentation and also guidance on how do I add support for binding cluster using google home Matter SDK

Thanks for reaching out to us with your issue.

The Google Home App does not currently support binding clusters.
The android bits of the Matter SDK would be best documented within the SDK (https://github.com/project-chip/connectedhomeip/tree/master/examples/android/CHIPTool)
