adding google action to an existing project

Hi,

We maid test and develop our Google Action to control our IOT products in a project created from scratch named "testsmarthome-xxx ».

I want to integrate now or code in our production project that already has google play (android app with actions) and firebase messaging service configured. We faced a lot of trouble to deploy or code into this project. Now we succeed to deploy on this project our previous code but when Google assistant tries to connect to auth functions, an authorization error appear.

Is there something special to do on or actual project to add GoogleActions? The project has an android app on Google Play and messaging service on Firebase.

When we added GoogleActions on this project, we create new action by selection the yneom-bb4c4 project.

Could you share the screenshot of the error and the associated logs with it ?

with no action on our side, the authentification process started working after 24 hours....

Delay on Google servers to propagate informations?
