Confirmation whether google home web supports account linking (works with google)

from knowledge in order to add devices. we need create home which is not supported in google home web
so i have created home using google home app from playstore & used same account as that of web.
Now , i see only few options showing in google home web , i couldnot find devices tab.
So, i need confirm whether google home web supports account linking (works with google) wich is required step that comes in google playstore app. as far web is concerned i dont see devices tab to add devices is in first place.

You won't be able to use Google Home on the web to setup devices, you need to use the Google Home app on a iOS or Android device. Be aware that some products require the Nest app for setup instead as well.

The devices can be added using the Google Home App on iOS or Android devices. Currently, the Google Home on web does not support the feature of device setup. More information about Google Home web can be found here.
