Codelab Smart Washer - Error: Page Not Found

I'm following the SmartWasher code lab: https://developers.home.google.com/codelabs/smarthome-washer#2. In step 4 - "Link to Google Assistant", I can find the device by searching. However, when I attempt to add it I receive the error: "Error: Page Not Found The requested URL was not found on this server." - Did i miss a step? How can I check and resolve?

Thank you for reaching out to us with your issue. If you run into an issue during the "Link to Google Assistant" step, you can check for possible error logs in your setup using Cloud Logging.
