Ifi streamer does not show up in chrome cast

My husband can connect radio in real time to ifi streamer from his apple phone. My Samsung can only cast from Spotify to ifi and not from SR (Swedish State Radio). Only Samsung TV shows up as connected to WiFi network - but it works from Spotify. How to fix this?
