I’ve been reviewing the Google Developer Center for guidance on obtaining the Works With Google Home (WWGH) badge for a Matter-certified device.

On this page: Matter Certification Checklist, OTA is listed as part of the certification process. However, it’s not explicitly stated whether this step is mandatory.

Could you confirm if it’s possible to obtain the WWGH badge without completing the OTA test and validation?
