Add AnimalOtherDetection event to SDM API (already available in Home Automation)

Google Nest cameras already support animal detection (e.g., cats, dogs), and these events have been available for use in Home Automation scripts for over a year and a half.

However, the animal detection event is still not exposed in the Nest Device Access (SDM) API under the Camera Traits.

It would be highly beneficial to expose this event in the SDM API. Adding support for it would enable developers and smart home users to take advantage of the same capabilities already available in Google Home Automations.

This would ensure better consistency across Google's platforms and significantly expand integration possibilities.
