I have a new version of smart home action, if I deploy the code to google cloud function, does it override the running version? I saw the log is showing for current runtime version, where can I check my new log?

Yes, deploying new code to Google Cloud Functions will override the running version. Your new logs can be viewed in the Google Cloud Console under the "Logs Explorer" section - just select your function name and the latest deployment timestamp.
