Can’t use location routine

Hello, I can’t use the location routines like getting home or leaving. If i’m home or away is present at my home menu but I just can’t use the starter

This issue might be due to location permissions or presence sensing settings. To fix location-based routines:

Check your Google Home app location permissions are enabled in your phone settings
Verify presence sensing is properly set up in Google Home Settings > Features > Presence sensing
Try creating a new routine from scratch with a location trigger

Could you share which device you're using, which Google Home app version, and if you've recently changed any location or permission settings?

Suc1. I have a hub and four speakers as one group. I want them to turn on and play music at 6:00 a.m. and turn off at 10:00 p.m. everday. Problems I'm having: Every time I leave, the system shuts down in addition the commands won't work if I'm not present. Any help would be appreciated.
