We are planning to build a Smart Home Action which will be integrated with an Assistant enabled device. There are certain areas which we need clarification upon.

What is the approximate certification time?
Certification guidelines for Smart Home Action
What shall be the initial steps to build a Smart Home Action

Test your Action using the test suite for smart home and share the self-test results with Google.
Provide the required directory information about your Action.
Submit a certification request from the Actions console.
