The Service with Oauth2 is running fine.,After creating the project, Test results in this error. The mobile device uses for the Google home app the same email address. The same email address is added to the project and has Admin Action Viewer and Edit permissions, In the mobile app chose "Works with Google" but the [test] <name> project is not found.

Thanks for reaching out. It seems you haven't added tester's email to your project in the Google Cloud project(GCP).
To add an alpha tester, first, grant them Viewer/Editor access to your GCP. After they access the Developer Console and click the Test button, they'll be able to link and test your integration. Once the tester has completed these steps, your integration will be visible in their Google Home app, and they can start testing.
