Hey clouds,

Sorry for the late response. I know how challenging it is when you're having issues with your Google Home and Nest devices. Let's try these steps below:

Make sure that all your devices are within 15-20 ft. away from the router to get enough signal from your network.

Reboot your devices and router by disconnecting them from the power source and leave them unplugged for 1 minute. Once done, plug them back one at a time with intervals.

Let me know how it goes.

Cheers,

Recently, a thread was closed where many of us were having problems with automated voices and lag time. A software change apparently solved that, and the thread was closed.

Within days, our devices (hubs and minis) started broadcasting with horrible echoes every time. The echoes make it nearly unusable. Google, are you going to fix this and what's next that you'll break for us?

Still happening, making Google Assistant unusable. No one can understand the garbled echoes. Just started after they previously fixed an issue, so I assume the fix broke it in a different way. Thanks Google! You are bricking my security system and making your other products unusable at the same time, with no real support other than these forums where you don't do anything until a critical mass of people complain.
