Hi guys, here´s thread for anyone who´s experiencing "Google home mini 4 dots stuck problem". Possible news from Google, solutions or fix to be written here. Seems this issue affected lot of devices, let´s see what can be done about it and what will be Google´s reaction to this situation.

Hi, when I plug in my google home mini, all 4 LEDs are on, and the device seems stuck and not doing anything. My google home app shows the device is not found. I found in google that some users have the same issue and it could be the file system corrupted. Could you please help fix it or replace it? thanks, Shunde.I don't seem to be able to reset my Mini. If I press and hold the reset button and one LED turns green, but nothing happens after 5s. If I release it, it is back to white. I press it again, it turns green again.

Same problem here All 4 light dimly lit. I'm even unable to reset it to factory settings by pressing the button at the back. Just stuck and nothing seems to work

Tuve el mismo problema hoy por la mañana, soy de Argentina. Intenté la solución de desconectar y conectar el cable 10 veces, pero no pasa nada.

Hi! 2 days ago my google home mini stopped responding and has been on 4 white leds since then. I tried to unplug it and wait for hours and when I plugged it back on it turned 2 white leds on for 2 seconds and then it turned all 4 in white on. When I hold the reset button it lights the first led in green and the rest are in white. It does not work at all. Please help me, because this is the only alarm that wakes me up in the morning and I really need to wake up on time🥹

Hola, tengo varios dispositivos Google en casa y en particular el Google Home (1 generación) se ha quedado encendido con 4 luces blancas fijas.

He probado a dejar prendido el botón silenciar del micro durante 15 sigue y no hace nada, también he desconectado el cable 10 veces y lo he vuelto a conectar y tampoco se soluciona el problema

¿Podéis darme alguna solución?

My google home mini also died 2 days ago. I get the same 4 LED lights and all the same response you described. Maybe a bad update? If I can get it working again I’ll let you know how.

My mini also died 2 days ago, 4 LED lights on constantly and all my attempts to reset have not worked. Tried factory reset button and tried 11 on off cycles with 10 seconds in between, no luck. Same WiFi, same equipment, same everything. Help would be appreciated.

Google Home stuck with 4 white lights

Dear All, please help.

My Google Home 1st Gen stuck with only 4 white lights on.

I had tried to shut down with interval 10 second then I turn on again until 4 white lights on. Totaly I have repeat this cycle until 10x. At the end.. (cycle 10) I have wait a few minutes but the lights still stuck at 4 white light.

I also have tried to reset by press the mute button for 15 second and more but nothing happen.

What should I do ?

Quisiera mas informacion sobre la garantia y como hacerla valida para el problema de actualizacion del google home mini, el cual dejo de funcionar y solo prende 4 luces y no hay forma de reinicio del mismo

I am having 5he exact same issue. Oddly it is only happening with 1 of my 4 devices. I am assuming it is failed hardware.
