Google Hub won’t play radio stations

My Google Hub has suddenly stopped playing any radio music. I’ve seen other threads on this issue but they seem to hands been consolidated and then closed but my issues are similar.

I am in the UK and if I say “ Hey Google, play Jazz FM” the hub will repeat it back to me and those words will type across the top of the screen but then the screen just goes blank and there is no sound.

This morning I tried the old “Switching off of and on again” and at first it worked but after 2 or 3 minutes it just stopped and went back to the Home Screen.

Is there anything I can try here or is this a core software issue with Google?

Thanks for reaching out and letting us know about your Google Nest Hub concern. I know how it feels when something isn’t working as it should. Is it isolated to this radio station only? Are you getting the same response when you use your phone’s Google Assistant? What is the distance of your Google Nest Hub from your Wi-Fi router?
