Mi Smart Clock endless loading in Google Home app when going to screen settings

Hi,

I've just bought a Mi Smart Clock and want to turn off the screen during the night because it's too bright like I did on my Google Nest Hub 2 and when I try to access the "Screen" settings on the google home app it's an endless loading on iOS and settings not available on Android, what is the problem ?

I tried factory reset the device, restart it, nothing worked.

Thanks for reaching out. Since it's happening with your Mi Smart Clock device, it's best to contact them for additional support. Please note that we have very limited support for third-party speakers with built-in Google Assistants like Mi Smart Clock.
